Transfer my PM number to another carrier

Hello all, 

I am looking to transfer my public mobile number to another carrier. The carrier is unable to do the transfer, they asked me to contact PM directly. I requested the transfer thi smorning and I havent received the message yet. Can someone please help?

It is up to your new carrier to contact PM to send you a confirmation that you are porting out but you will need to leave your active PM SIM in your phone to reply with YES within the 90 minute window.

@AsmaDial  Your PM account needs to be active to port it out . So ensure it’s active and working leaving PM SIM card in phone get the new carrier to re trigger the port request and  reply YES to the confirmation text . But if you need PM support here the link
