Texting not work

I just signed up with Public Mobile last Saturday (from Virgin).

Still can't send/receive texts (now Tuesday).

Calling works fine.

What do I do?

Hi 

I submitted 3 tickets and 1 direct message. Still no resolution/texting.  It's now almost 2 wks since I signed up with Public. 

So I decided to go back to my previous carrier.  But they can't even take my number back because I can't confirm with a text.  

So 2 of my tickets requested that Public MANUALLY accept Virgin's porting request. But Customer service still hasn't responded. 

Any help would be appreciated.

@aljoisad  PM is aware of the issue and working in a fix best to notify them that you are one of the affected ones 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .
