@Plss123 you are using iPhone?? Change it to Primary

When I go in to my profile there is nothing there as I can’t log in as it sending a text to phone #the last 3# are ### I can get on I need help to remove my account please as I sign in with this email ***@**

Hi I can’t log in but I notice when I go to travel instead of personal when I click travel it say mobile on the network 

HI @Plss123 you will get it activated, just please submit ticket with PM agent.  Since you cannot login My Account, easier to just message them:

And it is kind of late now, likely the issue will be resolved tomorrow

new activation?

if it is new activation, you have used the PM app yet?  You need PM app to complete the activation, have you?

if you already used the app and go to the last step (step 6), can you sim card connect to the network?

if you still cannot login, or cannot connect to the network, you will need support to help.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
