they just deleted the topic i posted without resolution so I think it's unlikely. I'm really starting to think I just lost $80 trying to switch from TELUS to a cheaper plan. Like, maybe TELUS is doing this on purpose and we're all idiots for chasing the carrot.

possible, if it is a problem on PM side (not because your device problem or you deleted the esim)
so, ask support agent and see what they say
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

probly not...but doesn/t hurt to ask. Click the orange ballon, bottom right side of page to start process of Customer Support. Good luck.
