Have you already switched to the new plan or changing it at the next renewal date? As others said, rebooting the phone should help if your plan is already changed.

@Shamimbano reboot your phone and make sure you dial the US number with a 1 in front of the 10 digits
if it still does not work, may I know what area code you are dialling??
and a quick workaround to make the US calling is to use VoIP app TextNow. You can make the call using the free app while we try to help troubleshoot your issue

When did you switch your plan? Reboot your phone to see if it will work.
