New customer here. Ported number over able to use data , calls but unable to send or receive any text. Cause lots of issues. Any help?  Using esim

I contacted a CS agent and it was on public Mobile end. They were able to fix the issue and nothing I could have done about it on my end. Service was quick during at least doing business regular hours.

Same here. It’s been over a week and I’m still looking for a solution regarding not being able to send sms messages.

can you confirm if you activate with new number or port in number from another old provider?

For your SMS issue, PM is having problem provisioning text capability for new activations.  And if you are an iPhone user,  iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS.
