I have experienced very high frequent call drop. Opened an ticket but the issue still exists and no response from the ticket system…. It’s been very frustrating

Are your calls being dropped everywhere you go or just in a certain area like your home? How many bars are you getting?

what phone you are using?
try to change your network mode to 3G and test again
for the ticket you put in, did you check the community inbox for agent's reply?
