I have been having problems with processing my payment. It keeps saying I should try again later. I have been trying since Sunday and my plan was not expired when I tried the first few times now I can't get it to resume services.. advice needed

@hairbag1  FYI: the little envelope is not always visible. On my iPad mini it only appears when text size is reduced to 85%. 😩 However, tapping  my avatar does show if messages have arrived. 
The complete list of editing features does not show until 75%! 🤪

use this link to message a Customer Support Agent for their help. Give them as much acct info as you can ie: acct #, ph #, name on acct, PM pin #..etc...
