New subscription not activated

I subscribed last weekend and confirmed that payment was successful.  All week I have been trying to finish activation but I am stuck in a loop. When I log into my Public App, I land at a screen that says Subscription Not Acticated, and says to click on Get Support.  I do this, and it says to click on Contact Us.  When I do that it asks me to lpg in again, and when I do (again) nothing loads. It stays as a white blank screen

hi @WW12 

did you use the app to complete the activation?? many just used the browser and got to payment step but not aware they need to use the PM app.  Please download the app and complete
