My phone did not ring anymore, always go to messages box

I did not do anything to set my coming call to voice message box, so what can I solve the problem?

@Claire333   If this is an iPhone make sure the little switch on the left above the volume buttons didn't get flipped accidentally, that would turn on silent mode.  It's not an uncommon occurrence.

@Claire333  try these troubleshooting steps.  

Reboot phone.

Check if phone might be on airplane mode.  

Go to settings and change to 3G.  If you have a physical SIM card, and you have a friend's phone you can test it in.

If nothing changes then reset network taking care to note passwords and saved links.

If none of the above works, use this link to contact public mobile to fix.

@Claire333 - Do you have Silent Mode on? Do Not Disturb enabled? Blocked Caller?

Otherwise, I don't really know.
