Missed adding referral code

Hi my friend referred me to Public mobile during the promo I missed the box to add it. I am currently waiting for my SIM card to arrive. I cannot access my account. How can I add the referral code?

You enter the referral code when you activate the SIM card in the payment section on the PM app but since you don’t have the 12 digit SIM card number. You didn’t activate the SIM yet.

So wait until you get the SIM first then start the activation on the app.

@VDWSL214 - Contact CS_Agent to get the referral code inputed. Make sure to have

  • Your friends Referral code
  • Possibly your account number / phone number / 4 digit PIN or the last 4 digits of the Payment Type on file.

You can ask customer support to add it To join them you can create a ticket by asking the chat bot just say "create ticket" then answer the following question and it will create one for here here's the chat bot link

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
