Issues activating a sim card

I just tried to activate my new sim and I got an error at the end. For some reason, the support page does not open either. I posted on the forum and talked to a representative and they said that my sim card wasn't activated yet and asked me to contact a different branch for activating it. Any idea on how to solve this?
