How to redeem points into lowering the bill?
I can’t see redemption  option

From the dashboard area when you log-in, click on My Rewards (left side if you're using a desktop). It will open a new window and will show you how many Public Points you have. Click on Browse Catalogue, it will give you all what you can "shop" for using your points. At least for this first month of the new reward system roll-out they've given 5 points. You need at least 15 points to lower your bill. I hope that helps.

you can only redeem points after you got 15 points for more.  Go to My Rewards portal, then Catalogue and pick 15 points for $15 bill credit.  PM will then deposit the $15 into your My Account's Available Funds within 24 hours

Overview, Visit my Rewards. Once there there is a cataloge or it will should the points required and if you have enough. 

You would click on redeem

Need to login into your rewards portal.  Then click on Catalog and need to purchase $15 credit with 15 points

Then in 5-10 minutes, $15 will be credited into your available funds.
