Error Activating at Payment Screen Bank sees it

Trying to figure out why daughters new iphone works with my PM sim but cant get past Payment screen to activate her new sim.
I am using my visa debit which works fine on my account. Its been since the 19th. Bank can see attempts from their end.

Suggestions:

 

  • clear your browser’s cache and restart your computer
  • turn off any popup/ad blocker 
  • ensure name/address is EXACT match for card account
  • try a different card
  • use a diffecrent email address for her account
