Hello,

 

I put around 25$ in my account via a voucher since Saturday 19th nov, and my account still shows 0,00$. I can't activate a new plan.

The historical payment shows that the voucher has been added.

Could you please help?

@kav2001c I think your issue is a little more unique.

My balance also went to $0 

 

Maybe this is a more wide spread bug
