Hey Everyone,
So i already messaged the Mods but no one has gotten back to me (over 24 hours now)
But my father is attempting to Renew his Account (3-month plan) and his credit card has Expired. When we attempted to Re-Add it to the account, it keeps Declining.
We have made sure the funds are available and tried everything possible to get the exact same card which was on the account previously (just a new exp date now) to work but no luck.
Would like to have this fixed by tonight as he is not happy he does not have a cell phone right now.. lol

<My issue was related to my postal address on my credit card bill. On my bill my postal address has a space in it. The update form on this site doesn't allow for a space. I entered my postal with a space, missing the last character ex: X1X 1X when I tried this my payment finally went through. Basically I submitted the update with an incomplete postal code.>
I believe that is what @mimmo is trying to mention (in part regarding Postal code)

does he have a different credit card he can try?

the other option is to buy a vouture until teh credt card thing is sorted out.
