Texting is ok now but can NOT get 5G service at my Westend Edmonton location. Service technician says this is a known problem but can NOT fix it at this time. LOL

@Tuto4482 Are you a new customer? If so, there is a known technical glitch with SMS texting that support can easily fix for you. Submit a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
