Just switched to PM and I can make calls but all incoming are going to my old carrier without ringing my phone anyone have this problem when switching

@Yayster - Since it sounds like you are experiencing a porting issue, I will private message you the number to call in the envelope in the top right / within your profile picture under Messages.
And make sure to reply YES (Recommended to remove PM SIM / disable PM eSIM without deleting it)
Once your old phone SIM has no service, remove it then insert / re-enable PM eSIM.

@Yayster sounds like your number was not ported correctly.
Did you get a text message to confirm?
I will send you another message with the phone number to call to request the port again.

Seems like the port didn't go through. Check your mail box top right corner, I'll send you a number to call.
Please make sure your other cell phone providers SIM card is in your phone to say YES to the text.
Sorry had to edit due to keyboard doing weird things. lol
