It would be great to have a Known Issues area that could be a collection point for all the problems that are commonly faced due to bugs in the self serve interface. It would also could be a place to publish when they are fixed.
A great example of one that I witnessed today is the I am authorized check box. Workaround by @imm1304
Issue Description: Not authorized to port number error even when box has been checked
Known Workarounds/Solutions:
The solution is that you must check the "I am authorized" box BEFORE you enter your number. This is very poorly represented in the UI, and is not obvious in any way.
