My wife and i don't have any complain for using public mobile service for more than four years until recently being overcharged both of us on May 04, 2024.  However we always have been charged $21.28 and $22.68 respectively, you may notice it through payment history, we are suddenly charged $28.00 each by pre-authorized payment on May 04.  Please review and hopefully refund the difference as soon as possible.  Thanks in advance for your help.

You are paying the full price of your plan as the old rewards program with loyalty and autopay bill credits was discontinued. It's not a billing error and no refund will be issued. Please refer to the help article for more information: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/move-to-public-points

You may also want to check out the rewards announcement post here in the forum: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Upcoming-Changes-to-our-Old-Rewards-Pro...

Has your account been switched over to the points system.  If so, the points need to be manually converted over to available balance for there to be any discount.
