New Neighbour / Nouveau Voisin

I just joined yesterday and when I make calls today it says I am not activated on the network. What do I do?

More details would be helpful.

Did you port over number? What about text and data?  Any incoming calls?

reboot the phone first

Try to Reset all networks

try your sim in another phone

and last, submit ticket with cs agent
