Wrongly delivered plan

have subscribed a highly advertised public plan $29 for 20gb monthly. I have received the sim but not inserted due to following 

  • After making a  three months charges payment to avail the discount the default setting went to $75/ 60GB  monthly plan with out my consent 
  • Please do rectify the mistake befor

@raiman  to be clear the two options for this plan are . $29 20GB 30 days or $25/30 days with a 90 day subscription ( but you need to pay $75 upfront and get 60GB to use over 90 days ) but as mentioned above support can sort it out for you .

@raiman if you think there is an error with your plan, use the chatbot to submit a ticket for public mobile to correct. In your app use the support section or the orange bubble. Type customer service agent.

@raiman  Truth be told that’s better deal then 20GB for $29 you save $12 over the 90 days . But you can ask support if they can fix it for you . if you really rather pay $4 more for each 30 days 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
