Unable to log into new account

Hi, 

 

I registered for an account the other day and signed up for service, but since then I have been unable to log into my account or reset my password. I receive emails to the same address I'm entering in. Can I get some help from the moderators: @Shazia_K @Kalla_A @Mary_MThanks!

I was able to quickly fix things for you, can you insert your SIM card in your phone and test your service?
