Tried to change plan but just renewed old one :/

I went into my account and tried too hange my plan. I added the funds too do so but it just renewed my old plan and left the balance in my available ... how do I fix this ?

It sounds like you're trying to change an expired or not an active number, and that can only be done via the Moderators as described above.  For all future users who see this thread, the best option is to change your plan PRIOR to expiry/renewal date.  The system has a feature that allows renewal upon your next renewal date.  It saves all this hassle.

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)

Yea, you will have to send a message to the mods and they will be able to help you get the correct plan.

Hopefully, this is not a gliche in the system.  Another user FlashJordan had the same problem earlier.  

You will need to contact moderator to see whether they can switch your plans.  Generally, you can switch immediately or at the new renewal date.

Community Moderators are available from Monday to Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)
