Sim Card Not Recognized

SmallTown
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I just switched my parents over to Public; but ran into issues with one of their phones.

The SIM he received is showing as not registered on the network; and he isn’t able to connect to Public.

We did the number transfer with his old SIM Card (Telus), and once the request was made we put in the Public card.

While I was installing the Public SIM Card, he cracked and tossed out the Telus Card.

I’m wondering if there’s now a way to get his number, and the Public Card to work on the network?

I’ll give that a shot!

Yeah, we downloaded the app and got through the process. I thought it was all good, but found out after I left that he had no service.

If all else fails, follow instructions in the link I provided.

get a new PM sim, quickest / cheapest is on Amazon.

Did you download the free PM app to start your new PM account ? If so, how far did you get in that process ?
