Hello, i've ordered a sim card plan by mistake, SIM not yet received. I'm willing to cancel and refund my order\plan\subscription, thank you

since you didn't receive the sim card and account not fully activated yet, you have a chance for the refund, 

please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

If Sim already being shipped your very unlikely will get a refund. But contact cs_agent
