No service after porting number

After porting number from Koodo I’m still no able to get service. Can anyone help?

Are you getting any service with PM SIM card in your phone?  

With a stuck port, you should still be able to call and text out from your phone.  Just unable to receive texts or phone calls. 

If you account has not been set up properly, the Telus porting team can't help directly with account issues.
