My wife signed up at Christmas and is experiencing problems sending and recieving text messages.  She is unable to log in to her account on the app and we cannot seem to find any help with this.  Anyone have any input?

Try login in the computer or tablet to see if it's account issue or app issue.  Try clear cache on the app.

that link just takes me to a dead end I’ve Ben to several times. Totally useless but thanks for trying

@Hawgdog can she make calls?? how about receiving calls??

if calls work fine both incoming and outgoing, start with clicking Reset All Networks or Reset Network Settings

and if she is using an Android phone, try to clear cavhe and test. Or install Google Message and set it as the default message app and test

if iPhone, make sure carrier profile is updated, and try to disable and re-enable iMessage 

Last, test her sim on your phone 

if nothing works, then open ticket with PM support and ask them to re-provision the sim/account
