Wait an hour, then trying logging in again. If you get locked out again then submit a ticket to a CS_agent using the chatbot or using this direct link. https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
If your unable to access your account and speak to a CS_agent then you can ask them to change your payment method.

probably just a cache problem
wait an hour and try again using Incognito /private/secret mode on your browser and it should work
