We are members like you so only a CS_Agent can help you access your account.

You didn’t need to open another account. The agent can help you with your first account.

Auto pay 

I have no service and it’s just SOS now 

I’ve tried even opening a new account and having a new number. 
It’s still not working 

Any thoughts?

Are you on AutoPay or are you paying your monthly bill (30 days cycle) with vouchers?

Call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check your account status. If it is not subscribed/active then you need to make a payment. 
If it is active then check to see if there is an outage in your area:

If no outages then contact a CS_Agent by simply clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to investigate the issue and access your account.

Staff hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.
