I am tranfer my old phone number to public , Old service is shut down, but public service no service

My koodo service is closed and my last step to active Publice service is not copmpleted because they ask my put 6 number code to confirm is me. "Confirm Your Identity"

"You are logging in from an unknown device to confirm it's you , enter 6-digit code sent to *******218

The problem is My phono is not work any more can not get any message or call . How I can get this 6-digit code?

 

Please hepl me!!!!!!!

Under where you enter code you should see did not get code click on it and you can have it sent to your email. PM Having problems with text for new customers. Once you get it activated your probably will have to open a ticket to get your text working.
