Before was charged $13.56,now is $16.95. I have $15 plan with autopay and loyalty reward. pls help thank you.

Did you change to the points system? Did you use the lost/stolen option in the last month? Was your renewal last Friday?

Maybe screenshot your payment history page. Omit any personal information. That would provide valuable information. Maybe your autopay/loyalty rewards were not applied.

@Jimmysu26 that was a $3 +tax difference.
Any chance you have migrated to the new reward system (Public Points)? if so, the reward will not be applied monthly as before. You will have to collect till 15 points and then request to convert 15 points into $15 bill credit.
