Forgot my email for login

I have forgotten my email for login and I would like to change the card I’m using in my  plan. How can I restore the access, I only have access to the sim itself.

Did you try the Reset Password link?  You can try to put in the phone number for password reset (NEW on this version of My Account

If that fails, then you can contact PM Support to have them help:
