Well.. I was hoping for a solution .tried calling telUS support since they own publicmobile.. the rep hung up on me and never called back..wow....but oh well  Cyber Monday sale... cant access the account to get that great deal... then I will cancel public mobile and go to TelUS. and tell 800million+ Facebook users my story. bummer

Try calling Rogers to fix a problem with ChatR. Or go to your nearest Scotiabank branch to open an account with Tangerine. They may own it, but they're run as separate companies.

If you're hoping for a solution here, you probably have to give more info.
