Customer service and self serve not working

Unable to add funds to my account. Customer service and self serve (*611) is not in service. It’s been a almost week, I need assistance with this immediately.

Try calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10-digit phone number and see if it connects. This is the alternative phone number to access the 611 system. Try it a couple times it may work on the third or fourth try.

 

You can also reactivate your account by making an instant top up payment these are available at Mobil stations and Canadian tire gas bars. See the following linked post for more information on different types of payment.
