Log in, declare phone lost/stolen. In 90 days of no pay account will be deleted.
Open a ticket for agent to delete your credit card info to avoid accidental charges after account is closed.
Turn off Subscribed.

easiest way is just to login My Account, go to Payment, manage Subscription and disable Subscribed there, which disable Automatic payment.
if you cannot login for any reason, then just ask agent to help to remove the credit card on the account
