If you very recently joined PM then:
- SMS is not working properly for new customers. You have to open a ticket so agent can remedy this issue
- Sometimes SMS will not work properly first few days after signing up as SMS has to 'find a way' to your number. Particularly issue with government, banks and other 'serious' organizations.

how long you joined? this 2FA will take as many as a week to start working again on a ported number. this is normal for porting. Please wait until after a full week and try agian
