Hello

I was thinking that if we have a public live chat rooms, where anyone can join and ask question or need an advice to gets an instant help. These rooms can have a features where you can talk privately to a specific person, or any PM member if personal information is needed to fix the problem.

Do not get me wrong we still need the community forum, if there is any important announcement or topic that should be posted in the community. For example, we found that there is a problem or an issue that happens quite often we can post the solution on the community, so anyone who face the same problem in the future can find it or can be referred to it.

Sorry, it's not for me; share phone with my partner. Even if you mean something like IRC, Messenger, etc, I'm out - not interested in staying on line until someone is satisfied.

@Ali, I think that maybe an Excellent Idea

I did Suggest something Similar, BUT more like E-Chat between PM Client and PM Technical Support in event PM Support need to access Account to determine causes of issues, Not Call Center, mind you, BUT something that can escalate and Speed up resolutions faster and more efficient in long-term

@raggamuffin

Please be aware that you posted to a more than 2 year old suggestion in the Lab - a section of the community that is not intended for helping you with a solution for your problem. (And unfortunately, the oracles are not able to move it to a more visible section either.) For future reference you'll have a better chance of getting a reply if you post a new thread in one of the other forums (in this case I'd probably go for "Self serve"...)

You might want to read this announcement about  changes in PM's support structure, posted July 11/2017: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Changes-to-our-Support-structure/m-p/16...

How long ago did your service stop / what was the last date of your plan being active? (I assume that you went into your self serve account and blocked the SIM card when you lost your phone.)

If your account is still active (see below) you can log into your self-serve account and just change your SIM card number in the according section.

If it has been more than 90 days of suspension (ie day 91 or more after your last day of active service) your account has been closed and your phone number is lost. You will need to start from scratch and open a new account with a different e-mail address.

Received a SIM card via mail. But my daughter locked it prior to me setting it up online.  It's requesting for a master unlock code. Where does one get that?
