On the final step (payment), if you're paying by credit card the current order is: city, province, country.

Before you select your country, the Province field is a freeform text field. Once you select your country (e.g. Canada), it changes into a drop-down menu and defaults to AB (Alberta), wiping out the province you entered.

I had to repeat the entire activation form because I had entered my province before selecting Canada.

That's annoying when that happens. I always thought same as you @nd... Country, Province, Town, Address should be order.

Canada Post has a service called AddressComplete that can be integrated into the activation form. You start writing in your address and the system finds it (correct postal code, etc.). No need to worry about form order with this. Using it saves time and it would even be great for ordering SIM cards. Hopefully PM would consider including it in their next website update.

Try out the demo here by typing you address. It's really quick...

If it was set up right, automatically it would be a Canadian address as it (currently) only works in Canada.

Next, enter postal code, as each Postal code is a designated area based on the make up its numbers and letters.  Using the postal code, auto entry of municipal adrees info including City, Province, and usually Street (maybe a selection list, I'm not sure).

leaving only building and unit number.
