my phone number seams to be "stuck" somewhere between Bell and Public Mobile Bell says they don't have it and it's not working on PM?
@rjwinc can you even make outgoing calls or does mobile data works?
it sounds to me that you sim was not properly permissioned. Easy fix for support agemt, please engage them by direct message
