I noticed this on my overview page; 

My account is current. What does this mean ?

Account Status: Plan Expired

@Quester you will get these on your overview during renewal. Then it will go back to active, as long as you have autopay on or enough funds in the account for the renewal. It means that your plan will stop working if there aren't enough funds to pay for the plan at the time of renewal in the middle of the night/early in the morning when the system tries to charge you for the plan fee. Unfortunately, Public Mobile has always shown these messages prematrurely to all customers, before the service has actually stopped working.

 

If your service has stopped working, this message means that payment was not made in time to keep the plan going.

  • expired
  • suspended
  • active
