my plan is 20gb and i used it all accidentally. i used points for extra 3gb data and its not working since a week ago.

im stuck at 2,4 gb left and cant use any more of it.

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on and see if that worked.

@zagara It could take up to a day for the addon to become active.  If it's been a week then there's a problem. You should contact the CS Agent at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 to have them take a look.  There shouldn't be any more required from you for the addon to become active.
