If you recently tried transferring a phone number to Public Mobile, then it's possible that for some reason the port has failed and is causing an issue with your incoming service. Can you please send me a private message with:

-The phone # you are porting
-Account # with your old provider

I had the same thing a month or so ago. Data worked fine, but texts and calls weren't working. Rebooted and voila, all fixed.

We have to remember that these phones are computers and just like a computer need a reboot and fresh start every once and awhile.
