can not receive incoming call

Did anyone else face problems in receiving incoming calls.

Sorry to hear about this, 

If you recently tried transferring a phone number to Public Mobile, then it's possible that for some reason the port has failed and is causing an issue with your incoming service. Can you please send me a private message with:

-Public Mobile SIM card #

-The phone # you are porting

-Account # with your old provider

today I rebooted my phone ,but still no receive incoming call . text is ok

A colleage had issues with the service out of the blue and a reboot worked like a charm.  Although the suggestion is almost cliche, it can do miracles sometimes.

I had the same thing a month or so ago.  Data worked fine, but texts and calls weren't working.  Rebooted and voila, all fixed.

We have to remember that these  phones are computers and just like a computer need a reboot and fresh start every once and awhile.
