Thank you. The issue is that I'm in a hurry, I need it today or tomorrow, Amazon garantee shipment by March 31

But be aware that it has no 2 days prime shipping, so just regular 5 to 14 days free shipping (same with or without Prime membership).  So, it is likely better to get from local Telus or Koodo store in person.  But call those stores and ask before you go.  Not all store carry PM sim cards

Gemerally, it's only going to be the Telus corpoprately owned locations that carry Public Mobile SIM cards.  If you're not in too much of a hurry for the SIM card, you can purchase one from the online store at publicmobile.ca.
