I just subscribed for a plan a few days ago , payment already taken and when I follow the steps to activate, it doesn’t accept my existing number that I want to transfer it keeps telling me that it’s invalid then it is asking me to click Help and when I do and request to get my number transfer, it does not allow me to log in either .
