It will be nice to have time and date somewhere at the top of page as a proof that one CAN log in even though some claim they cannot.

Well that is one way but we can also just ask them to provide a full screenshot of their desktop/phone screen on the "my rewards page" since that doesn't have any confidential information.

However someone might not include the screenshot with that date, so we either take them for the word, or we don’t 😉

I tend to take them at their word at the first instance, but once they have shown they’re unwilling or unprepared to work together to solve the issue, I’m done.
