Rogers port incomplete since Nov 19

No response to pms, tickets, or twitter. It's my wifes phone, so I'm in big trouble. 😉

my friend's port from rogers is incomplete

 

i have a generic error that they tried to resolve, unsuccessfully, then never heard back

Hello @stwsimon

 

I'm sorry for the delayed response, 

 

The port has been requested, please allow at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for the port to complete. You will receive a text message saying that the port has completed and then simply reboot your phone.
