Porting issues day 9

Great Citizen / Super Citoyen
So my phone works with data and text and phone calling out.
I can't get calls or text msg from other user beside pm customer.
It's been 9 days
I called Rogers my old company they said the line is taken half way by Telus.
I have to call Telus and have them either cancel the number or finish the porting so Rogers can let me go.
I sent msg to mod and no response now 9 days
What else can I do??
