Porting from Bell pre-paid

Hi mods,

 

I ported my the number from my Bell prepaid account a few days ago and I still cannot receive calls. I emailed the customer service/support and still hasn't got a reply. It is causing a lot of inconvenience so I decided to change my number, but the "change my number" page always gives the error "number change failed". What can I do? Can you please help? Thanks!

DO NOT cancel your Bell plan, just keep using the Bell SIM.
