Phone number and account no longer active and working

Hi there,

I'm having a big problem here. I have one accoutn that is no longer active as someone is trying to "steal" the phone number.

It was around the afternoon that data service stopped, which was weird, but texting and calls still worked. Received a phone call from 1-866-995-6636 saying someone was trying to port the number, which was weird in itself. 

Now, the phone number no longer works, the voice mail message has been reset, and the account on Public Mobile is no longer accessible.

I hope there is a solution to this. I don't want this number lost and stolen. This doesn't even make any sense how this could happen.

If anyone has a solution, please help!!!

I'll fire off a message to her. Hopefully I can get some answers to this and a resolution.

@Shazia_K might be able to look into the history of the number for you if you message her with the number. That said, for security concerns, I'm not a 100% sure she can do much.
